Untitled
Days go on, time passes by,
I know not where I'm trudging to,
Life just seems to be mere existence
Devoid of any synonym for life,
I seek to find one.
I behold injustice, misery and wreckage
Yet I know not what to do
I also see demagogues dissipating the venom,
Still I'm a silent spectator
We seem to be erecting castles
When shade is the shelter for millions
We seek prudent ways to embellish the castle
But not a singular step
To reform the meaning
Of shelter from shade.
Striving hard to serve the community
That never tries to take a closer look
-a little thought
At the bare reality
-the reality of existence
Sustenance in a shade.
